This Privacy Policy describes how Pristn Technologies LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), operating the AdzePro platform ("Platform"), collects, uses, and protects your personal information. By accessing or using AdzePro, you consent to the practices described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account on AdzePro, we collect the following personal information:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Phone number (optional)
- Password (stored securely using industry-standard encryption - we never store your password in plain text)
- Account type (Contractor or Client)
Contractor Profile Information
If you register as a contractor, we additionally collect:
- Business name, description, phone, email, and website URL
- Business address (street, city, state, zip code) and service radius
- License number and insurance status (self-reported by you)
- Service categories and service areas
- Portfolio images, titles, and descriptions of your work
- Business hours and availability
Client Information
If you register as a client (homeowner or business), we additionally collect:
- Client type (Homeowner or Business)
- Address information (street, city, state, zip code)
- Property type (for homeowners - e.g., single family, townhouse, apartment)
- Business name and type (for business clients)
Automatically Collected Information
When you use the Platform, we automatically collect certain information:
- Login timestamps and account activity
- Profile view analytics (for contractors, we track view counts and sources; anonymous visitors are identified by a hashed IP address for deduplication purposes only)
- Authentication cookies (HTTP-only JWT tokens) for session management
- Language preference (English or Spanish)
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information for the following purposes:
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Platform and its features, including the contractor marketplace, messaging, job management, invoicing, and review systems
- To process payments, subscriptions, and invoice transactions through our payment processor (Stripe)
- To send you transactional emails and SMS notifications related to your account activity, including proposal notifications, messages, invoice updates, job reminders, and review alerts
- To analyze Platform usage and user behavior to improve our services, features, and user experience
- To send you marketing communications about AdzePro features, updates, and promotions
- To protect the safety and security of our users and the Platform, including detecting and preventing fraud or abuse
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service
3. Payment Information
All payment processing on AdzePro is handled by Stripe, Inc. We do not directly collect, store, or process your full credit card numbers, CVV codes, or bank account details. This information is submitted directly to Stripe through their secure payment forms embedded in our Platform.
For display purposes only, we store the last four digits and brand of your payment method (e.g., "Visa ending in 4242"). Stripe handles all sensitive financial data in compliance with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard).
Contractors who receive payments through the Platform use Stripe Connect. Contractor banking and payout information is collected and managed entirely by Stripe. AdzePro never has access to contractor bank account numbers or routing numbers.
4. Third-Party Services
We share certain data with the following third-party service providers to operate the Platform. Each provider has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your data:
- Stripe - Processes all payments, subscriptions, and contractor payouts. Receives your email, name, and payment method details. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
- SendGrid (by Twilio) - Delivers transactional and notification emails. Receives your email address and notification content.
- Twilio - Delivers SMS notifications. Receives your phone number and message content.
- Cloudflare R2 - Stores user-uploaded images (profile photos, portfolio images, project photos). Receives uploaded image files.
- Google Maps - Provides address autocomplete functionality. Receives your address search queries when using address fields on the Platform.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We will never provide your data to outside parties for their own marketing or advertising purposes.
We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:
- With the third-party service providers listed in Section 4, strictly for the purpose of operating the Platform
- When required by law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request
- With other Platform users as necessary for the services you use (e.g., your contractor profile information is visible to clients; your messages are visible to the conversation participants)
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, in which case your data may be transferred to the acquiring entity
7. Communications
By creating an account on AdzePro, you agree to receive communications from us, including transactional emails (account verification, password resets, invoice notifications, proposal updates, job reminders), notification emails based on your account activity, SMS notifications to your registered phone number, and marketing and promotional communications about AdzePro.
You may manage your notification preferences through your account settings, where you can enable or disable email notifications by category (Messages, Proposals, Jobs, Reviews, Invoices, Client Management). For marketing communications, you may unsubscribe using the link provided in each email. Please note that you cannot opt out of essential transactional communications related to your account security and payment activity.
8. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. Passwords are encrypted using BCrypt hashing. Authentication uses secure HTTP-only cookies with JWT tokens. All payment data is handled by Stripe in compliance with PCI DSS standards. Profile views from anonymous visitors use hashed IP addresses rather than storing raw IP addresses. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
9. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data from our active systems. However, we may retain certain information as required by law, to resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or for legitimate business purposes such as maintaining financial records of completed transactions.
10. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information:
- Right to Access - You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Right to Correction - You may update or correct inaccurate personal information through your account settings or by contacting us
- Right to Deletion - You may delete your account at any time through your account settings, which will remove your personal data from our active systems
- Right to Opt-Out - You may opt out of marketing communications and manage your notification preferences
AdzePro is designed to serve users in Nebraska and surrounding areas. The Platform is not intended for residents of California. If you reside in California and choose to create an account or use the Platform, you do so at your own discretion and you expressly acknowledge that: (a) the Platform was not designed to comply with California-specific consumer protection or privacy regulations, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA); (b) by creating an account or using the Platform, you voluntarily agree to our data practices as described in this Privacy Policy and waive any California-specific legal rights, claims, or causes of action related to data privacy or consumer protection to the fullest extent permitted by law; and (c) Pristn Technologies LLC shall not be held liable for any claims arising under California state law in connection with your use of the Platform. Your right to opt out is to not create an account or to delete your existing account at any time through your account settings.
11. Children's Privacy
AdzePro is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. 12. Data Breach Notification
In the event of a data breach that compromises your personal information, we will notify affected users via email and/or Platform notification within a reasonable timeframe, in accordance with applicable state and federal laws. We will also take immediate steps to investigate and mitigate the breach.
13. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
